About Me

I am a lecturer at York Law School with a CAB background. For over ten years I have been doing a combination of advising, supervising, representing and training other advisers in Citizens Advice Bureaux.

My academic specialisms include EU social law & citizenship, discrimination law, EU welfare law, and UK welfare law. My PhD was an Arts & Humanities Research Council funded study of EU free movement and citizenship in the context of the EU migrant volunteers. I have a degree in Social and Political Sciences as well as Law.
