EU Rights Project quoted by the Social Security Advisory Committee

On behalf of the EU Rights Project, Charlotte O’Brien submitted a consultation response to SSAC, an advisory non governmental body sponsored by the Department of Work and Pensions, tasked with reviewing welfare legislative proposals. The consultation was on the changes to Housing Benefit for EU migrants, and the Committee report was recently published, along with the government response.
